Something I discovered during spiritual emphasis week

Our speaker this week was Pastor Charlatan Taylor. One of the things he talked about was how a person's value does not depend on what they can accomplish like many secularists believe today, but that every person has value regardless of whatever they've done or haven't done. This is how God sees us, we have value for just being ourselves. God loves us unconditionally and with a burning passion, and that never changes. No matter what we do, He will love us the same. Of all the things Pastor Taylor talked about, this had the biggest impact on me. To know that God loves us unconditionally, and that that unconditional love was strong enough for God to sacrifice His Son for us shows me just how much God cares for us.

The thing that impacted me most from Spiritual emphasis week was that God loves us unconditionally and that no matter what we do, He loves us the same.

God's love is unconditional and everlasting
