Flipping a house is a concept derived from investment in real estate on a large scale. Owning real estate has always been a form of power or significance of wealth and we have seen this since the colonial times of settlement and the claiming of land. Wealthy investors used to own the real estate market and only they who were investing in large amounts of commercial property at low interest rates were the ones playing the game.
